The innovative oval shape of Main Point Karlin allow for a new approach to space use. The flowing facade curve enables premium office space to be placed along the entire perimeter, outside and in. The facade is modulated in sync with the interior space. All office areas may be divided as the tenant wishes – from individual rooms to open space offices.
Layout options
- The building enables both horizontal and vertical division into individual tenant spaces.
- Large tenants may benefit from individual sections with their own vertical transport system, independent on the rest of the building.
- Individual floors are easy to divide – up to six tenant units per floor, with individual access and service areas each, are possible.
